Rửa sạch mực lá với nước chanh để khử mùi. Cắt bỏ mắt, răng của đầu mực, bạch tuộc. Phần bụng cũng bóp với nước chanh rồi rửa sạch lại khoảng 3 lần. Cắt phần xanh hành boa-rô thành 2cm, đoạn trắng thái chẻ dọc. Nạo sợi cà rốt. Thái lát nấm đùi gà. Cắt hành tây thành hình múi cau. Tỏi, gừng đập dập băm nhỏ.
Hấp mực, bạch tuộc khoảng 2 phút rồi tắt bếp. Sau đó gắp ra bát rồi cắt mực.
Cho dầu ăn vào phi tỏi gừng thơm sau đó cho nấm và tất cả các loại rau củ vào xào khoảng 3 phút rồi cho hải sản vào xào đều. Cho ớt bột, đường, hạt tiêu, các gia vị đã chuẩn bị vào xào chung. Đảo đều đến khi thấy ra nước sệt sệt thì tắt bếp.
Thế là hoàn thành rồi đó. Dọn ra đĩa và thưởng thức thôi nào.
