Bữa sáng hay bữa ăn nhẹ bạn chỉ cần một chiếc bánh mì xúc xích kiểu này là đã đủ ngon miệng. Món bánh này làm tương đối đơn giản, bánh khi nướng chín có độ xốp, mềm ngọt và thơm mùi bơ cùng với vị mằn mặn giòn giòn của xúc xích. Món bánh này đảm bảo sẽ hấp dẫn các bạn nhỏ nhà bạn đấy.
Cho bột mì, bột bánh ngọt (cake flour), trứng, đường, sữa, muối, men nở và nước vào thùng trộn, trộn đều cho hỗn hợp đồng nhất. Tiếp đó cho bơ vào nhào chung thành khối bột mềm mịn.
Ủ bột cho đến khi nở gấp đôi. Sau khi ủ lấy khối bột ra nhào qua rồi chia thành 6 phần bằng nhau, vo tròn rồi để bột nghỉ thêm 15 phút.
Cho từng viên bột vào khay nướng có lót giấy nướng. Ấn dẹt bột rồi để bột nở gấp rưỡi. Trong lúc ủ bột lần thứ 2 thì bạn hấp chín xúc xích rồi để nguội. Bật lò nướng ở 180 độ C. Khi bột đã nở bạn dùng cọ quét một lớp lòng đỏ trứng lên trên bề mặt bánh rồi đặt xúc xích vào giữa, rưới thêm sốt mayonnaise lên trên rồi cho bánh vào lò nướng. Nướng bánh khoảng 20 phút là bánh chín vàng.
