Tôm tươi rửa sạch, cắt bỏ phần râu tôm rồi để ráo nước. Chuẩn bị gia vị gồm: chanh vắt lấy nước cốt, tỏi, băm nhuyễn, xì dầu, ớt thái lát, đường.
Cho tôm vào âu, trộn đều các gia vị với tôm, để khoảng 15 phút cho ngấm. Dùng que xiên dọc con tôm, đặt vào khay nướng rồi cho vào lò nướng đã được làm nóng trước đó.
Nướng tôm tầm 15 đến 20 phút. Khi thấy vở tôm chuyễn màu đỏ hơi nâu là được. Thịt tôm ngọt, vỏ giòn rất hấp dẫn. Món tôm nướng chanh cực đơn giản hợp với những bữa ăn cuối tuần của gia đình.
