Vo sạch gạo nếp rồi cho vào nồi. Thêm sữa tươi, 50gr đường trắng vào, nấu lửa nhỏ khoảng 30 phút hoặc đến khi gạo nếp chín mềm. Tắt bếp, cho bột quế, vani vào.
Táo gọt vỏ, cắt mỏng còn chanh bào vỏ, vắt lấy nước. Làm nóng chảo, cho bơ, táo vào, đảo nhanh tay, thêm vỏ chanh, nước cốt chanh, 50gr đường trắng vào, nấu cho đến khi cô đặc lại thành mứt.
Có thể cho gạo nếp vào khuôn, thêm mứt táo lên trên, cho vào lò nướng để được thêm một món tráng miệng mới nè.
Múc chè nếp ra ly, thêm mứt táo lên trên là có thể dùng ngay rồi đấy! Món này ăn có vị ngọt, béo kết hợp hài hòa.
