Bánh mì bơ là món bánh ăn sáng yêu thích của nhiều người. Bánh xốp, béo thơm rất hấp dẫn. Ngoài việc mua bánh ngoài tiệm về dùng thì bạn có thể làm ra những chiếc bánh nướng thơm theo hướng dẫn như sau.
Bột mì rây ra tô. Bơ nhạt cắt thành những miếng nhỏ hoặc dặm nhỏ. Lò nướng các bạn làm nóng ở nhiệt độ là 375 độ F (191 độ C).
Thêm đường trắng, muối, bột nở vào trộn đều. Tiếp theo, dặm qua bơ nhạt ở ngoài rồi cho vào thố bột mì, tiến hành trộn bột thật đều tay để đến khi nào bơ và bột được quyện đều vào nhau. Sau đó, cho 240ml nước ấm từ từ vào thố bột. Dùng phới trộn bột và trộn bột theo một chiều để bột được hòa tan hoàn toàn, không bị vón cục và thật nhuyễn. Các bạn trộn bột đến khi nào thu được một khối bột thống nhất, mịn, không dính tay như trong hình thì có thể dừng lại.
Tiếp theo, rắc một ít bột khô lên bàn và cho khối bột ra bàn, các bạn dùng gậy cán bột cán qua khối bột vài lần. Sau đó các bạn xoa một ít bột vào tay và bắt đầu nhào bột. Nhào đến khi nào cảm thấy bột thật quyện vào nhau, bột mềm nhưng không hề bị chảy vì nát thì dừng lại. Để bột nghỉ khoảng 10 phút.
Cho khối bột mì vào một cái bát tô lớn, các bạn dùng màng bọc thực phẩm bịt kín miệng bát lại và ủ bột khoảng 1 giờ đồng hồ hoặc đến khi nào các bạn thấy bột nở được gấp đôi. Tiếp theo, các bạn lấy bột ra ngoài, nặn bánh thành một hình trụ lớn một chút. Đồng thời các bạn phết lên khắp khuôn bánh một lớp dầu ăn mỏng hoặc một lớp bơ để chống dính. Cho khối bột vào khuôn, cho khuôn bánh vào lò nướng đã được làm nóng sẵn. Đem nướng bánh khoảng 45 phút thì có thể tắt lò nướng.
Để bánh nguội một chút, dùng dao cắt bánh thành những khoang nhỏ và thưởng thức nhé. Có thể phết lên ít bơ, rưới mật ong lên ăn kèm nhé!
